On the occasion of his birthday, Krapp listens to tape recordings he made decades earlier. He listens to the promises he made and the fruition to which they came, and begins to face the realisation that he has wasted his life. This becomes increasingly poignant as he begins to record his last tape...

Award-winning actor and Nottingham legend Kenneth Alan Taylor received an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Nottingham in 2011. We’re thrilled to welcome him back to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of Lakeside’s first in-house theatre production with the original team.
