Manchester Collective returns to Lakeside Arts with a programme exploring different kinds of paradises. Guest director Max Baillie leads a performance of Thomas Adès’ masterpiece ‘Arcadiana’ – an evocation of vanishing idylls – alongside a spoken exploration of the work. Johannes Brahms’ beloved String Sextet in G completes the concert.
