In February 2020, hundreds of University of Nottingham students were thrilled by DARKFIELD’s immersive FLIGHT experience at Lakeside Arts on University Park Campus. This weekend DARKFIELD return – direct to your phone.

DARKFIELD RADIO is a brand-new project, delivering unique 20-minute experiences only available on certain days and times, just like a radio show. Taking part is simple. Buy a ticket (for 2); download the app with your friend; enter your code. At your designated hour, don your headphones and let the narrative unfold. With two shows to choose from, which world will you visit?

DOUBLE explores the Capgras delusion, a terrifying condition in which the sufferer is convinced that a loved one has been replaced by an exact replica with malign intentions. Is your partner who they say they are? It is possible to experience DOUBLE with a partner via zoom.

In VISITORS you meet a dead couple looking for a temporary solution to their permanent condition. This show is for two people to experience together in their living room. VISITORS cannot be experienced with a partner via zoom – it will only work if you are with your partner.

ETERNAL is a 20 minute immersive audio experience for one person, alone in their bed. It explores the quandary of eternal life and wonders what price you would settle for to achieve it. ETERNAL is inspired by Bram Stoker's Dracula, and was originally commissioned for the Bram Stoker Festival, Dublin 2020.
